Make sure you already called to Moneris and ask them to activate the terminal and setup your profile.


• Select Moneris Solutions from Merchant Services.
• Enter Merchant ID
• Enter Terminal ID
• Enter PinPad IP Address
• Click on Check, It should give you Pinpad No. which is same as located under the machine.
• Save hardware settings and close the program.
• Open the program again. It should initialize pin pad by displaying messages Sending, Receiving and processing for few times and pin pad will come to Welcome/Bonjour.
• Try one transaction and it should work.
